Order Tracking

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, Trend Pulse Mart cannot guarantee successful delivery and may not be responsible for any resulting loss.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging
